Name: Corruption band, Insanity stone, Corruption stone, Power of the Void.
Type: This is an item and is basically a bracelet attached to a ring via small chains.
Appearance:
Materials: The bracelet is actually made from an organic combination formed when the original corruption stone embedded itself into her wrist. The organic compound is a mixture of human tissue and hair, bound together and give the form which it takes.
The stones are bound together by the magic from the original corruption stone with a mixture of blood, which gives the stones embedded in the band their colour. The crimson stones are removable and Lexia is able to crush them with her hand to release the power of the imprisoned void stones. After they are crushed, the corruption stone can sense the missing crimson stones and regenerates them. However, this takes time and cannot replace them in the time which elapses during a fight.
It draws the blood and tissue from Lexia herself, and is painful to her as she can feel it tear the tissue and blood away from other places to regenerate the crimson stones.
Thickness:
Only a few milimeters thick on the band, but the chains are 0.5cm thick and stones are 1cm thick.
Purpose:
On her right wrist she has the ‘laced’ band covering her wrist, which then has 4 stones across the top of it and one on her ring. It isn’t for protection, but Lexia can remove the stones and crush them in her hand to have access to the void magic which is contained within the corruption stone in her arm. The void magic within the stone eats away at her every time that she uses it without the stones, and the corruption stone has tainted her magic so that all her abilities are related to the void.
It's main use is to allow her to use the void abilities and offers her no protection. That being said, it's impossible to remove or if it's removed, it dries away and is remade with Lexia's tissue and such.

Consummation of the Bearer
When Lexia's insanity reaches 150%, she snaps and... Changes.

An ability of this corruption stone which it has had since its formation is that it has a connection with the time aspect. She not only has a somewhat of an inability to shut this off, she can feel the emotions which the user of the other piece has and thus they also have a telepathic bond.
Energy Cost:
To use a single one of her abilities, Lexia must either a) break one of the 5 stones which she can remove from her bracelet or ring, or b) she can use it without the stone, but at the cost of her sanity. If she uses it without the stones, it drives her insanity up by 15%, the most powerful one adding 20% insanity. At 150% insanity, she completely snaps and the void stone can threaten to claim her mind.
Limitations/Weaknesses:
This ability is something which Lexia somewhat avoids at all costs as she has a deep fear of what the stone wants and is striving to achieve.
She can only really use 5 abilities at the max, which all take the stones to activate, or the cost of her insanity. Due to its costs, she doesn't enjoy using the ability.
The telepathic and emotion sensing bond cannot be shut off, ever, by Lexia on her end. However, the other which she has found to have the telepathic and emotional bond with can easily shut her away and block out what she is feeling.

The original stone was found as a part of a pair in the Temporal Ruins. The corruption stone has tainted Lexia’s magic and thus, her magic is different compared to what it use to be. Another thing to note is that this stone has multiple fractures across the surface, as if it is damaged in some way. Her new, mutated magic ability is explained later in the abilities section.
